Cary Williams Misses OTAs For Daughter's Recital

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – New Eagles cornerback Cary Williams was not at voluntary OTAs today, because he was at his daughter's recital, the Eagles announced.

Offensive tackle was absent again for personal reasons, and safety Kenny Phillips was absent to attend the birth of his first child.

Williams had previously missed the optional practices to get dental work, and to be there while his new house was being built.

DeSean Jackson was not active due to an ankle injury, but was present at practice.
