3 Stabbed In 2 Separate Incidents In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia police say three people were stabbed in two separate incidents late Friday night.

The first incident, a double stabbing, took place at 11 p.m. inside a home in the 2100 block of Benson Street.

Police say they found a 55-year-old woman and a 77-year-old man with stab wounds to their hands and arms. They were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The second stabbing took place a half hour later along the 5900 block of Chester Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia.

Police say they met a victim who said he was arguing with a woman who stabbed him in the back three times with an unknown object. The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Police are investigating both incidents.
