PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Seven wins is not going to win the Super Bowl. Seven wins, in all likelihood, will not get into the playoffs. But after last season for the Eagles, seven wins, depending on how they get there, might feel like a relief.
Bovada released their updated over/under totals for NFL teams, and the Eagles are sitting at seven wins for the season. That means gamblers taking the "over" would need the Eagles to win at least eight games, or finish .500, to win the bet. They would need the Eagles to win six games or fewer to win if they bet the "under."
The Eagles have the lowest over/under total of any team in the NFC East. The Redskins sit at 8.5, the Cowboys sit at 8.5, and the Giants is at nine wins.
The highest over/under number in the NFL belongs to three teams, the Patriots, Broncos and the 49ers at 11.5. The lowest, belonging to the Raiders and the Cardinals is 5.5.
