PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and Outta SITE - Chord!

While there are a lot of apps for music lovers out there, there aren't a ton of decent ones for musicians. Chord! lays out the, well, chords and scales for virtual keyboards and guitars to help you create sheet music.

It's great for experts, but there's plenty there for beginners as well, who are looking to learn a little about music theory.
