Firefighter Injured In Montgomery County Blaze

AMBLER, Pa. (CBS) – A firefighter has been injured in a blaze that broke out inside a Montgomery County home on Monday.

The fire started around 12:26 p.m. inside the house on Reiffs Mill Road in Ambler.

One firefighter has been injured and was transported to Abington Hospital for treatment.  Fire officials say the firefighter suffered minor injuries.

The Red Cross is also on the scene and says a family of seven has been affected by the fire.

Fire officials say the fire was placed under control at about 3:45 p.m.

There is no word on a cause.
