The girl was able to get to an adult, who saw the suspect fleeing the scene in a 1980s or early 1990s black four-door sedan, possibly a Buick. It had a square body style and a silver hood ornament.

The suspect is described as a black male between 30 and 40 years old with light graying facial hair and hazel eyes. He has short hair and may be balding and was wearing a dark zipper hoodie sweatshirt.

If you recognize this vehicle or the description of the male, please contact Det. Phil Lydon at UDPD at 610-734-7693 or passcrimetips@udpd.org.
