UPDATE: Missing NJ Children Found Safe, No Charges Filed

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (CBS) – Two young children from Gloucester City, NJ have been found safe with their father.

The children were reported missing by their mother after they went for ice cream on Sunday afternoon with their father, 28-year-old Lee Giordano.

They were last seen on Cumberland Street in Gloucester City.

The Camden County Prosecutor's Office said Monday that they are not pursuing any charges related to this incident.
