Police Rescue Woman From Delaware River

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Rescuers revived a woman who was found in the Delaware River in Fishtown.

The incident happened shortly after 9 a.m. on Saturday. The Philadelphia Police Marine Unit was called to the location just behind Sugar House Casino along Delaware Avenue.

The inidentified woman was pulled from the river, but she was unresponsive. Police performed CPR and resusicitated her.

She was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where she was listed in critical condition.

There was no immediate word on how the woman ended up in the water.
