1 Hospitalized After Fire In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Fire officials confirm that one person was hospitalized after a house fire broke out Sunday morning.
Officials say the fire broke out around 7:45 a.m. at a home located on the 1800 block of South 18th Street in South Philadelphia.
According to fire officials, the fire was quickly placed under control around 8:10 a.m.
One person was taken to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
