2 Hospitalized After Double Shooting In Delaware County

CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) – Police are investigating a double shooting that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Delaware County.

The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. on the 100 block of West 22nd Street in Chester, Pa.

According to police, one man was found lying in the ground with a gunshot wound to the head.

A woman was also hit by a stray bullet when it went through the window of a home, says officials.

Both victims were taken to Crozer Chester Medical Center in unknown conditions.

The names of victims have not yet been released.

Police are unsure if the male victim was an intended target.

No arrests have been made. The investigation is ongoing.
