PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Eagles completed a trade Thursday that will send running back Dion Lewis to the Cleveland Browns for linebacker Emmanuel Acho.

Acho, 22, missed the entire 2012 season for the Browns with a knee injury, after being drafted in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Browns.

Acho earned all Big-12 honors during his senior season with Texas in 2011.

Lewis was a 5th round selection by the Eagles in the 2011 NFL Draft. He appeared in nine games in 2012, and carried the ball 69 times.
