PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Political consultant and author Dick Morris hosts his first live and local radio show live on 1210 WPHT, Philadelphia beginning on Monday, April 15th (Tax Day). Morris first came to national attention when he provided the strategy that engineered Bill Clinton's comeback re-election victory in 1996 after he lost control of Congress in 1994.
