The Powerball Clock Is Ticking And The Pot is BIG

By John McDevitt

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - An estimated $320 million Powerball jackpot is up for grabs Saturday night.

Some people say they are involved in large lottery pools at work but getting a few more tickets just in case.

And what are their desires? To retire early and help others are what many say they will do if they suddenly become rich.

One gentleman says it's about good will. "Generally good people - that's what they are going to do. They are going to share the wealth with other people. They are going to help better other people's lives."

One woman shared the same sentiment. "Take care all of our family and retire that's just what we'll do."

Another gentleman offers this sage advice, "You can't win, if you don't play."

Saturday night's jackpot is the 6th largest in Powerball history.
