2 Teachers In Camden County School Sex Case Get House Arrest

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — Two former New Jersey high school teachers are being confined to their homes for 30 days as punishment for charges stemming from inappropriate relationships with students.

Jeff Logandro and Daniel Michielli were both sentenced Friday.

They both had pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit official misconduct for inappropriate relations with students as Triton High School. Neither has to register as a sex offender as part of the sentence.

Neither spoke about the crime during the sentencing proceedings.

A third teacher in the case pleaded guilty Thursday and faces probation.

The school's former principal has also pleaded guilty and is on probation for failure to report a crime.

A vice principal has also been charged in the case.
