PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – On today’s APP-tastic and Outta SITE – Moves app.

The computer revolution has made us a fairly sedentary people, but now there’s an app to help you move more.

Moves tracks your exercise in everyday life, counting steps, showing you where you’ve gone and recording things like cycling and running. You’re able to see the results both on a daily and weekly basis, to help you set and achieve goals.

Just be warned that the app will drain your battery faster during the day, since it’s always on.
