Phillies Option Five Players To Minor League Camp
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Phillies optioned five players to minor league camp, the team announced today.
Right handed pitchers Tyler Cloyd and BJ Rosenberg, left handed pitcher Mauricio Robles, outfielder Tyson Gillies and catcher Sebastian Valle were all optioned to minor league camp.
The Phillies now have 42 players in major league camp, 20 pitchers, four catchers, ten infielders and eight outfielders.
