Man In Critical Condition After Being Shot In Frankford

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say a man was shot in the Frankford section of the city on Friday night.

The shooting happened at 1600 Dyre Street inside a third floor apartment around 9:30 p.m.

The victim, a 41-year-old male, was shot once in the neck. He was transported to Aria-Torresdale Hospital in critical condition.

Police also say they've arrested the man believed to be responsible, but his motive isn't clear at this time.
