Local Transportation Services Cut Due To Storm

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Transportation services have been suspended in New Jersey and Pennsylvania due to the winter storm.

New Jersey Transit has suspended some rail, bus and access link services.

At 8 p.m. all bus service north of I-195, including routes to the Port Authority Bus Terminal, George Washington Bridge Bus Terminal, all routes that operate via U.S. Rt. 9 and northern local buses.

Rail service will be suspended at 8 p.m. for the Morris & Essex Lines, Montclair-Boonton Line and all Midtown Direct services.

Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority is also reporting that all LANtaBus and LANtaVan paratransit service will be suspended at 8 p.m. Normal service will resume on Saturday at 8 a.m. For more information visit: lantabus.com.
