OAKS, Pa. (CBS) -- A three-day pet exposition gets under way this afternoon at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, in Oaks, Montgomery County.

Rainforest reptiles, plus rat, cat, and dog shows are among the entertainment at the Greater Philadelphia Pet Expo.

"We also have T&D's 'Cats of the World,' with a 400-pound Bengal tiger," says Karen Garetano, one of the organizers.   "It's very popular.  Every year, people always ask us, 'Is the tiger coming back?' "

The latest in pet apparel and foods are among products for sale by vendors.

"The main purpose of our pet expo is to educate and entertain the public on the wonderful world of pets," Garetano tells KYW Newsradio.

The expo runs 4 to 9pm today, 10am to 6pm tomorrow (Saturday), and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.  Admission is $12 for adults, $5 for children (age 3 and under are free).
