Center City Restaurant Offers Free Food If The Mercury Drops

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – With temperatures expected to be near 50 on Wednesday, it might not feel like winter just yet, but a Center City restaurant is offering a special deal that will have you wishing for super low temps.
Davio's, located on S 17th Street near Rittenhouse Square, is promoting its new "Cold Weather Special." If the mercury drops to 32 degrees or below Fahrenheit, all you have to do is present evidence of the frigidity on your phone to the bartender inside the restaurant, and you'll be presented with a complimentary order of the steakhouse's Philly Cheese Steak Spring Rolls.
According to Davio's, the freebie is "the perfect heart-warming remedy for those who've just endured the day's unbearable conditions."
