Police Locate Radnor Girl Who Went Missing After Meeting Man Online

RADNOR, Pa (CBS) -- Police say they have located a 13-year-old girl from Radnor who went missing after reportedly meeting up with a man she met online.

At a news conference at 9 Tuesday night, authorities announced they found Savanna Marie MacMullet at bus station in Washington D.C.

Police issued a Missing  Endangered  Persons  Advisory on behalf of the Radnor Township Police Department after MacMullet went missing from her home in the Garrett Hill section.

Police say MacMullett was with Ashley Ryan Hareford, a 20-year-old man from Virginia. According to investigators, a tipster called in and alerted police the couple was at 30th Street Station and boarded a Mega Bus headed to D.C. Radnor Police contacted U.S. Marshals, who waited for the couple to arrive.

Hareford was taken into custody without incident.

MacMullett's family claims she created a secret Facebook page. Officals stress parents should note the warning signs.

"If your child is spending a lot of amount in the bedroom, if they always have their head down, using their thumbs, tweeting, texting, whatever the case may be. Or if you walk into the room and they immediately change the screen, that is a warning sign," said William Colarulo, Radnor Police Superintendent.
