Police Release Surveillance Video Of Suspect Wanted In Philadelphia Pizza Shop Robbery

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for an armed suspect who robbed a restaurant in Philadelphia's Feltonville neighborhood.

According to police, an unknown male entered the Pizza Point, located at 400 East Wyoming Ave., while four employees were working.

The suspect then approached the employees with a shotgun demanding money and forced the employees into an office in the basement, police say.

Authorities report that the suspect fled the scene after taking $400.

The suspect has been described as a 5-foot-11, black male with a thin build around 20-25-years-old. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark colored hooded Adidas jacket with striped sleeves and a red baseball cap.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or 215-686-TIPS (8477).
