ELESMERE, Del. (CBS) – Police in Delaware are investigating a bank robbery that happened Thursday morning.

At 11:47 a.m., a suspect entered the PNC Bank located at 2203 Kirkwood Highway. He approached the clerk and presented a demand note, and the latter turned over an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect, who fled the scene after the incident, is described as a 5’10” black male, approximately 48-55 years old, with a thin build. He was wearing a knit cap, a beige jacket and jeans.
