Marcus Vick Apologizes For Twitter Rampage

By Spike Eskin

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Michael Vick's brother Marcus did not like the way the Eagles were playing, the way they were coached, or the way fans were talking about the starting Eagles quarterback. He was so unhappy with it, he let loose on Twitter about it (read related story), even going so far as to demand his brother be traded.

After the game, Michael Vick said he'd take care of it, and it appears as if he did. Marcus apologized on Twitter today (in two tweets):

I love my brother and it's hard as hell to watch him taking all those shots, but I'm sorry if I offended anyone and definitely didn't mean to put Mike in a tough spot. I'm not only watching as a fan, I'm watching as his blood

At practice Wednesday, Michael Vick assured the media his brother will never do it again.
