Marcus Hook Declares State Of Emergency

MARCUS HOOK, Pa. (CBS) – Marcus Hook declared a State Of Emergency which will go into effect at 11 p.m., the mayor said Sunday night.

As of the latest National Hurricane Center update at 8pm, Sandy hasn't changed it's course or intensity much. It remains a Category 1 hurricane with low central pressure, and is still tracking toward the northeast, though that will change overnight.

Residents should continue to monitor local emergency stations for updates.
