Local Group To Hold 3rd Annual 5k At Memorial Hall

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Community Legal Services (CLS) of Philadelphia is holding its third annual 5K Sunday.
CLS provides low-income Philadelphians free access to legal advices and services on civil cases.
"They work in every legal area that you can imagine and that includes economic development, child care law, consumer law, aging and disability law," says 5K organizer Kay Kyungsun Yu.
Yu says the 5K walk/run attracts more than 500 people from both inside and outside the legal profession and it represents an important part of CLS' effort to raise awareness.
"We want to make sure that folks, both within the community and within the community at large, understand what CLS does," Yu explains.
The run kicks off at Memorial Hall in Fairmount 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. Registration starts at 7 a.m. For more information, visit: CLSphila.org.
