GIANT Recalls Tyson Chicken 'Wyngz'

CARLISLE, Pa. (CBS) – Another day, another recall.

This time, GIANT Food Stores and MARTIN'S Food Markets have recalled two varieties of chicken wings in response to a recall made by Tyson Foods Inc.

The following two products have been recalled due to undeclared milk, egg and soy on the ingredient label:

• Tyson Boneless Chicken Wyngz Buffalo Style, UPC 2370001405, 25.5 oz, with best by dates of August 7, 2013 and August 8, 2013

• Tyson Boneless Chicken Wyngz Honey BBQ Flavored, UPC 2370001493, 25.5 oz., with best by dates of August 7, 2013 and August 8, 2013

Though GIANT/MARTIN'S has received no report of illnesses associated with the products, people who have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the products might get sick from eating them.

GIANT says that the product is safe for customers who do not suffer from an allergy to milk, eggs or soy.
