PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Everyone knows that guy, or maybe you are that guy, that watches basketball on television and just swears he can play with the pros.
Saturday in Philadelphia, the NBA Development League has his (or your) chance to prove it.
The Sioux Falls Skyforce, the D-League affiliate of the Sixers, Heat, Magic and Timberwolves are holding open tryouts on Saturday, October 6th, at the Bellvue Hotel (224 South Broad, 8th floor) in Philadelphia.
Registration begins at 8am, and the tryouts will run from 9am until 4pm.
If you’re traveling from out of town, and need a hotel, the Holiday Inn at 13th and Walnut has a discounted room rate if you say ““Skyforce open tryout,” when you call.
