BLOG: More FREE Haircuts at JCPenney
By Jim Donovan: Well it looks like JCPenney finally found something that will bring customers through its doors, free haircuts!
The retailer gave away more than 1.6. million haircuts in August as part of a back-to-school promotion. The promotion was so successful that JCPenney has decided to continue to offer the FREE haircuts on a regular basis.
Beginning on November 4th JCPenney will offer FREE haircuts every Sunday to kids in kindergarten through sixth grade.
