Chester County Cops On Lookout for 'Upskirt' Shopping Mall Perv

By David Madden

EXTON, Pa. (CBS) -- Authorities in Chester County, Pa. want to know who's been taking pictures of women, under their skirts, in and around the Exton Square Mall recently.

Three incidents have been reported to West Whiteland Township police since July 2nd: one at the mall, another at a Marshall's department store, and the latest, last Sunday, at Bed Bath & Beyond (top photo).

In the first two incidents, a cell phone camera was used, and a video camera in the third, according to investigators.

"I don't know if it's one person or two people, actually," Detective Scott Pezick tells KYW Newsradio. "We've gotten several different descriptions."

Surveillance photos from all three stores depict the man (or men) they are looking for.

Pezick is also concerned that other women may have been victimized in a similar manner and have not told police.

He warns all women shopping in the area to be on their guard -- and not just in dressing rooms. The latest victim was standing in a checkout line.
