At 18th and Market Streets, members of the Green Party chanted at the offices of the Federal National Mortgage Association, better known as Fannie Mae. Stein and the protestors then staged a sit-in on the floor of a bank on the first floor of the office tower that lasted for several hours. The candidate and four others were eventually arrested.
