PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Philadelphia Police opened fire on a shooting suspect in Center City Wednesday night, after they say he pointed a gun at them.

The 16-year-old suspect was shot a little after 9 p.m. at 17th Street and JFK Blvd., just blocks away from the Wawa America Festival.
