Delaware Police Search For Millsboro Sex Offender

MILTON, Del. (CBS) – The Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit of the Delaware Police is searching for a moderate risk sex offender.

Authorities say Terrance A. Oliver, 28, of Millsboro, failed to re-register as a sex offender at his current address. Oliver has been described as a black male who is 5-foot-9 and 176 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police have obtained a warrant for Oliver and are asking anyone with information on his location to call 911 or 302-739-5882. Tips can be left by calling 1-800-TIP-3333.
