Philadelphia Police Searching For Suspect In Multiple Robberies

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are searching for a suspect in connection to multiple robberies in the Stenton section of Philadelphia.

Authorities are asking for help in identifying a suspect who is said to have committed multiple robberies between May 15th and June 18th.

Police say the suspect attempted to rob the London Hardware Store on Wadsworth Avenue at about 5:07 p.m. on May 16th. Police say he robbed the HaHa cleaners located on Wadsworth Avenue on May 18th at about 5:55 p.m. and on June 18th at about 4:15 p.m. Also, he robbed a victim around the area of Mount Pleasant Avenue and Williams Street on June 13th at about 11:20 p.m.

The suspect has been described as a black male with a thin build at a height of about 5'10"-6'2". He is said to have a medium complexion and was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with blue/black stripes, black sneakers and dark pants.
