PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Bravo TV network's popular show, "Top Chef," is on the road, and made a stop today in Philadelphia's Love Park (JFK Plaza).
Philadelphia chef Jennifer Carroll (below right) was one of the Top Chef alumni participating in the "Top Chef Tour."
"The Top Chef Tour is basically an interactive, quickfire challenge," she explained. "They bring all the chefs from all of the seasons to do a battle, one-on-one, against each other in front of a live audience."

Tour producer Sabrina Cafouco (bottom right) is in charge of making sure all goes smoothly at each tour destination. So what's it like behind the scenes?
"A lot of the challenges come in that it's different in every location," she tells KYW Newsradio. "So, here in Philly, it's a really tight fit, so we had some challenges with how we were going to put the layout. Weather is also a big challenge."
Chef Carroll says the tour is a nice way to reach out to fans of the show -- and to give them something they can't get when they watch "Top Chef" on television, which is a taste of the finished dishes.
