Dispute Between Neighbors Ends With Gunfire In West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police say a dispute between neighbors ended with gunfire early Tuesday morning.

The incident happened shortly after midnight in an apartment building in the 1400 block of N. 52nd Street in West Philadelphia.

According to investigators, the incident began as a dispute between two neighbors and ended with a man shooting his neighbor in the back of the head.

The victim was taken to Mercy Philadelphia Hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made and the shooting remains under police investigation.
