Save, Compete, and Eat
We often spend Thursdays looking ahead to the weekend, to help you make your golf plans if you don't already have them.
Today... a Shore Thing:
Before we look ahead there are some worth grabbing today if you have the time. How do Twisted Dune or Blue Heron Pines for under $30 sound? Or Seaview's Pines course for $30.99. They're among the GolfNow.com Hot Deals for this area, and you can find that link here.
The Weekend:
Looking ahead, The Golf 18 Network has Chisel Creek for as low as $27, Frog Hollow for $35 and the Bucks Club for $28.
And there are still a few days left to grab the deal we told you about earlier this week: a Brandywine certificate for $42, which, by the way, is also good weekend afternoons.
Compete:
Moccasin Run is having its Spring Opener on Saturday, a 2 Man Better Ball Challenge that is open to 60 teams with a $6,000 purse. It is a 36-hole event with a 7:30am shotgun. The entry fee of $115 per person includes golf, range balls, lunch, dinner and prizes. To register call the Pro Shop 610-593-2600 or email info@moccasinrun.com.
Eat:
Broad Run Golfer's Club is unveiling its new Breakfast Buffet starting Saturday and running every Saturday through September. For $8.95 plus tax, load up on scrambled eggs, French toast, Home fries and toast and or biscuits. Coffee is also included. It runs from 8am to 11am.
Beyond the Weekend:
Honeybrook's Senior Mens 18 Hole League begins Wednesday April 18th. To register or find out more you can click here for their website or email ryan@honeybrookgolf.com.
