Residents Briefly Evacuated From Upper Chichester Homes Due To Fire

UPPER CHICHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (CBS) - Some residents of Upper Chichester Township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania were briefly evacuated from their homes, overnight, due to a house fire.

The fire broke out around midnight inside a two-story house in the middle of a unit of row homes.

The fire quickly spread upward through the roof area and residents in adjacent homes were temporarily evacuated.

There are no reported injuries and there is no word on a cause of the fire.
