Through Tragedy, 2 Find Love In New Jersey And Will Wed At Country Music Awards

Christina Davidson thought she'd never find love again after losing her husband Paul suddenly.

"I was seven weeks pregnant; my son was going to be two years old at the time. It was a tragedy."

Paul Davidson died in a boating accident in 2009, just shy of their five year wedding anniversary.

That same year, a few months earlier, Frank Tucci's wife of five years, Danielle, lost her four year battle with Thyroid cancer.

"Through all this, it was something the doctors said was curable. A couple weeks after my son's third birthday party, she went into the hospital and about six days later she passed away. From that point on, I though it was going to be me and my son." Frank told CBS 3 in an interview yesterday.

But through tragedy Christina sought to help others and started a support group in Washington Township for young widowers like herself raising children and that's where she met Frank. Two years later Frank proposed. The couple shares three young boys and they helped in the proposal. Each one wearing a word in the phrase "will you marry" then Frank walked in with wearing the "me".

After word of their engagement spread on Facebook, country singer Martina McBride heard their story and was touched by it.

She handpicked Frank and Christina to wed on stage during the Country Music Awards this Sunday live in Las Vegas while Martina
performs her song "Marry Me" with the lead singer of Train. Christina will be wearing an Oleg Cassini dress from David's Bridal.

Christina says "as bad as everything and the tragedy that's happened to both of us we both have blessings, our kids and the memories we have in our heart and a constant reminder of them."

"You look at everything at life as there's a reason for it; good or bad there's a reason for it. You can't change the things that happened." Frank said Thursday night.

They fly to Las Vegas Friday afternoon. Their family and kids will be watching on TV Sunday from their South Jersey home. They're planning another wedding with family and friends in October in South Jersey.
