PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- When we first met seven-year-old Justin, he was holding a great big bag of bubble gum. He says chewing gum is one of his two favorite things: "candy and bubble gum."
And, to burn off all that sugar, he loves playing sports.
"Sometimes my friends come over. Sometimes we play basketball and football," he says.
When it comes to being a fan, he has split loyalties.
(Justin:) "The Lakers and the Heat."
(Kane:) "Who's the better player, Lebron or Kobe?"
(Justin:) "Lebron, because he does more dunks."
But it's not all just fun and games with Justin, according to his social worker, Vivian Boyll.
"He has very good manners," she tells KYW Newsradio. "He opens the door for me when I go places with him, he's very smart, he does well in school."
And Justin agrees. "I'm very good at cursive," he says with pride. "I'm very good at minusing and plussing."
