Reward Offered For 2nd Suspect In Strawberry Mansion Fatal Home Invasion

By Al Novack

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the second suspect in a fatal home invasion in Strawberry Mansion earlier this month.

Police say Charles Davis and his partner, 35-year-old Ali Marsh, murdered 35-year-old John Paul and wounded Paul's wife Sherell in their Cecil B. Moore Avenue home on March 5th.

Acting on a tip, a task force of U.S. Marshals, Philadelphia police and Plymouth Township police arrested Marsh on Saturday. Authorities were able to track down Marsh and a female associate at a Plymouth Township hotel where they had been staying.

Still at large and actively being sought is co-defendant Charles Davis, who often frequents the Chester area, according to police (see related story). Anyone with information about this case is asked to contact the authorities.
