National Constitution Center Hosts State Of The Union Bingo

By Kim Glovas

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The National Constitution Center had a special event for the president's speech tonight, State of the Union Bingo.

The State of the Union address and "Fun" aren't usually mentioned in the same sentence, but they are at the Constitution Center.

"We're trying to help people understand how the Constitution is in their midst everyday, and this is one of the really fun ways that we can do it. We think it's a great way to engage new audiences and invite people who haven't visisted the Center recently to come and join us," said Alison Young of the NCC.

Visitors were given blank bingo cards to fill in words, which they expected to be in the speech.

"Alliance, education, immigration, Gabby Giffords, solar power, jobs," were just a couple on Brendan from University City's card.
