Police In Delaware Investigating String Of Thefts From Vehicles

NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. (CBS) – New Castle County Police are investigating a string of vehicle break-ins that happened in the community of Stonefield in Townsend, Delaware.

During the period between December 23 – 24, a number of thefts from motor vehicles occurred, and there were multiple reports of victims having their cars broken into. Some cars were even vandalized via arson.

New Castle County Police and the Delaware State Fire Marshal's office are jointly investigating the cases. A reward of up to $1,000 has been offered for information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators.
