Philadelphia Native Partners With Reality TV Star On Workout Video

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- "Bethenny's Skinnygirl Workout" DVD has three, 15-minute yoga sequences. It's designed to fit into your busy schedule.
Yoga instructor Mike McArdle grew up in Northeast Philadelphia. He leads BRAVO TV reality star Bethenny Frankel through the routines.
"It's kind of more unique. I bring in elements of polities. I bring in elements of athletic strength training, so it's not this holding of a pose and getting deep into these poses. It's more flow and there are balances," said McArdle. "And the thing that made me fall in love with yoga was I never had to really think, 'did I do my shoulders? Did I do my legs? Did I do enough cardio?' You really get it all in."
