Suspect In Custody Following A Fatal Double Shooting In Upper Frederick Township

Philadelphia (CBS) - State police in Montgomery County say they are still piecing together a Saturday night shooting incident in Upper Frederick Township that left one man dead and a second wounded.
A suspected gunman is in custody and undergoing extensive questioning.
Pennsylvania state police at the Skippack barracks have released additional information on a Saturday night shooting at a home on Snyder Road in Upper Frederick Township that has turned into a homicide investigation.
According to state troopers, they received word of shots being fired just after 8:00 p.m. Saturday night. Upon arrival at the scene, they found a 19-year-old man, identified as Zachery Levin of Barto, Pennsylvania, dead of gunshots in the driveway of the residence.
Seconds later, they also discovered another man, identified as 34-year-old Joshua Levin of Barto, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He is hospitalized and said to be recovering.
Troopers also took into custody a suspected a suspected gunman who offered no resistance. He is expected to face charges.
