No Practice for Vick, Maclin As Eagles Prepare for Seattle

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles have a critical day of preparation as they work on a short week, getting ready for Thursday night's game in Seattle.

This game provides plenty of challenges for the Eagles with little preparation time for Andy Reid's squad.

"Today is the primary day of practice," Reid told reporters today.  "We had a walkthrough yesterday, so today's the primary day.  We'll cover all the different situations that you need to cover to go play a game, and then fly out there tomorrow and play the game on Thursday."

Quarterback Michael Vick (ribs) and wide receiver Jeremy Maclin (hamstring/shoulder) are both sitting out practice today.  While Vick won't practice, he is expected to throw some on the side.   Vince Young (in photo above) was once again taking the snaps at quarterback with the top unit.
