Motorcyclist Flown To Cooper University Hospital After I-295 Crash

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. (CBS) - A motorcyclist is recovering at an area hospital after an accident along Interstate 295 Friday morning.

The accident happened a little after 11 a.m. in Mount Laurel, New Jersey on I-295 southbound near exit 36A to Route 73.

The unidentified victim was medevaced to Cooper University Hospital in serious condition.

New Jersey State Police shut down the southbound and northbound lanes of the interstate between exits 36A and 40 as a result of the accident. Authorities say all lanes have been reopened.

State police are investigating the cause of the accident.
