Home Video Report: 'The Tree of Life' Released on DVD
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Our video releases this week offer a fascinating mix.
First, there's The Tree of Life, director Terrence Malick's ambitious film loaded with emotional power in which he packs the creation of the universe into family life in 1950s Texas.
Kevin Spacey and Jennifer Aniston are featured in Horrible Bosses, a revenge comedy with Aniston playing a nasty dentist.
Green Lantern is an adaptation of a comic book about a test pilot drafted into an intergalactic police force.
Kevin James stars in Zookeeper, about a man who gets advice on his love life from animals.
And some oldies:
From 1939, a reworking of the Technicolor epic The Four Feathers, considered one of the finest adventures about the British in Africa.
Then, a "Laurel & Hardy" collection: a ten-disk set with 58 of their shorts and features going back to 1929.
