New Jersey Man Arrested Moments After Leaving Court For Unrelated Crime
Gloucester Township, NJ (CBS) -- A Runnemede, New Jersey man found himself in trouble with the law -- right after leaving court for an unrelated criminal offense.
According to Police, 32-year-old Jonathan R. Delviscio was dismissed from Gloucester Township Municipal Court on Tuesday afternoon, then proceeded to walk across the street to the Sunoco A Plus store in Laurel Springs, New Jersey, where he stole the bicycle of one of the employees.
A patron from the store contacted Gloucester Township Police and followed the suspect in their vehicle until police officers arrived.
Delviscio was arrested on charges of theft and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
He was being held on $500 full cash bail.
