Eagles Set To Break Camp At Lehigh

BETHLEHEM, Pa (CBS) --  The end of training camp is now just one day away. The Eagles will break camp a day earlier than originally scheduled after cancelling their Wednesday mock game and Tuesday afternoon practice. The team will leave Lehigh on Tuesday afternoon.

Quarterback Michael Vick is happy with the progress he and his teammates made during their stint in Bethlehem.

"We've worked extremely hard this entire camp.  It was a battle each and every day.  Some days, it was uphill and some days, it was easier than others."

The Eagles will head to Pittsburgh for Thursday's preseason contest against the Steelers, a game offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg views as quite a test.

"There's a lot of things that go in to winning on the road, the travel, and how you go about it, and there's a lot of things to that, and then specifically the crowd noise. This will be an excellent challenge for us there. We're playing a great defensive football team."

The Eagles will resume camp at the Novacare Complex on Saturday.
